Albert holds a Ph.D. in Structural Engineering from the University of Arizona. He is a licensed civil and structural engineer and a licensed contractor, with decades of experience in the industry. He has worked globally on large-scale projects, bringing a deep understanding of structure, durability, and construction to every home he builds. His work is grounded in precision and guided by a profound appreciation for the Sonoran Desert, where he strives to create homes that are enduring, well-sited, and responsive to the surrounding landscape. With over 30 years in practice, his company has maintained a consistent record of professionalism and quality, earning a reputation for excellence.

Carmen is a licensed architect who brings a design-focused and market-aware perspective to the company. Her work emphasizes thoughtful planning, livable design, and long-term value. She has worked nationally across a range of project types and has received multiple awards for her commercial interior work. Known for her distinct eye and refined sense of style, she brings a strong focus on proportion, materiality, and creating spaces that feel both elevated and intuitive to live in.
As a father-and-daughter team, we combine decades of hands-on engineering and construction experience with architectural expertise, allowing each home to be both thoughtfully designed and expertly built.
